Summary: I am an intermediate/advanced skier and went from P30 Dimension3 183cm to the P50 Platinum 178cm. The ski performs well and is a all mountain ski, based on the variable conditions I have skied on in NH.

Summary: Okay, yeah, absolutely good skis. Length is critical... the 178's felt like slalom boards and the 183's like gs-only beast. I'm 5'4" and 140 lb., but ski very hard and fast. My only interests are bumps and extreme cruising. In bumps the 178's fit into carving lines I would have had to wait, pivot and slam before. On the 183's I was always waiting for my tails to release. I demo'd both sizes 3-4 times and the 178 was right for me. Still pretty stable on groomed runs at 60 mph+, but not so much that I felt trapped in my lines. The 183 was another matter completely... I could lean into my turns incredibly deep, but they felt ponderous as far as quich turns and I felt safer on the shorter skis because I had better command. They hold on ice real well, but stability and damping seem to come from being heavy. I'll buy a pair this year unless I find something lighter that works as well. Wish me luck!

Summary: Great Ski!!! I found these babies to be very versitile and responsive in the bumps, ice, groomed, and heavy crud. I'm 185 lbs and 6', agressive expert. I skiied 183cm but if I was purchasing a pair I'd go longer to about 190cm. These skiies were way better than the Rossi XX Bandets. The Atomic 11.20 were very comparable to the P50's but more $$$'s. If your an aggressive all mountain skier you can't go wrong with the P50's.

Summary: I've only used these for a little bit this season but I love these skis. Technically, they are very responsive and fast. I felt best on them in light powder but haven't subjected them to wide ranges yet. Control was good and let you utilize your skills more with less work. I like the 63 width in the center because I don't like to ride over powder and would rather cut through it more. I previously tried the Rossignol Bandit and K2. I bought it on year end clearance and was going to get the P50 Motion but they were out of stock of the motion bindings so this was my second less expensive choice. I put Marker 8.2 bindings on it and which released just about right when I took a fall during a tight turn after a jump where my balance was off. Graphics wise, I really like the graphic design. A very good deal for an excellent ski. I'm a happy camper.

Summary: These Skies are great!!! I ski out east they do a great job on the Ice, but still handle the crud relatively well. They are light and snappy compared to what I had been sking. They make short and long turns with ease. I like their ability to keep me sking all day without being tired. I am an expert skier, 5'10' and about 240, I bought the 180's. It takes a lot of Ski to make me happy and these make me happy.
