$0.00 Riding Style: FreeStyle Summary: I just got my new k2 ace boots. I owned a pair and they wore out (nothing irregular, just loads of use) so i got new ones. im breaking them in now but i have to say they rock. Strengths: super comfy, super adjustable, and i got a killer deal. they look good, they perform even better and theres tons of memory foam so it packs out nicely for a superb fit. Weaknesses: when i tried on my size 11 boots for thhe first time i thought "i need 12's" but i dont. if you get these boots dont get sketched out but the firmness inside, it will pack out about a half size. just make sure your toes arent all crunched up to begin with and your all set. at Paragon Favorite place to ride: Hunter Riding Style: All Mountain/Freeride Product Year: 2001 Summary: The boots that I got at first had women's liners with men's shells and were incredibly uncomfortable. Checked thething out and saw the mistake. After I got the correct liners they were great. Strengths: Great supportive boot. Break-in for me was about five to six times out. After breakin they were very comfortable. Before break-in the top of my foot felt a lot of pressure. Still does when I really cranke the laces down. One great thing that I like a lot is that the liner is laced so I can tune the support by lacing the liner up tight and adjusting the support by lacing up the shell as much as I need. Tight for my Alp 164 when I'm carving and soft when I'm riding my World Industries 156 and jumping around. 5 stars for this (two boots in one... literally.) Weaknesses: The fit of the liner and the pressure point on top of the foot. I think if you have a wide relatively flat foot it'll fit great. I have rather high arches and a rather thin foot so therefore the pressure. 4 stars for this issue. Similar Products Used: Shimano Half-caps. Lasted 4 years and were great boots. A bit leaky but light and minimal.

at CD Ski and Sports Favorite place to ride: Whistler/Blackcomb Riding Style: FreeStyle Product Year: 2001 Summary: I love these boots, and I got them shipped to my house with tax and freight for $50 under retail price for the boot alone! Great deal! Strengths: They are a very well made boot, extremely warm, and they fit my foot perfectly. Weaknesses: I'm not too impressed with the amount of time it takes to actually break these boots in, it is somewhat similar to breaking in a pair of K2 Yaks. Similar Products Used: K2 Yak
