Description I designed my snowboard with big jumps in mind. Whether it's bombing at them at high speed or riding out of them at high speed, these boards have a mellow side cut that allows for greater stability at...
Review Abstract If you don't like flexibility, watch out: one extremely dissatisfied customer called his "much too flexible" DW "a piece of junk." Its flexibility garnered praise from other reviewers; "It's perfect," says a boarder from Massachusetts, "if you want a flexy board for nice ollies, wheelies, spins and slidin' rails." "Its nice stiff flex makes the turns extremely snappy and makes landing the huge airs a lot easier." One reviewer notes that "the noxe/tail kick on this board is very mellow, which makes it hard to launch off kickers and tabletops. However it does help floating in the pow."

Summary: this board is so gnarly, by far the best board i have ever ridin, i wish boards lasted for ever, cause i'd use this board the rest of my life!!!!
Strengths: edges dont dull easy, slices thru pow ever so nicely!,custom binding settings, surface is FAST
Weaknesses: only thing i've found wrong with it is my edges started to rust, even when i wiped it down and kept it dry after using it
Similar Products Used: i used my friends jp walker pro and the jeremy jones pro, and they perfomed the same as devun walsh pro, with the exception of flex, and shape, but i would say go with ANY forum pro model

Summary: The 2001 forum devun walsh is a burley snowboard. It does even better with the forum ATP(all terrain pro)series bindings. Its got pop and is very manouverable. If i was to recomend a board this would be it!I wouldnt recomend it for a beginer, its to stiff for a beginer.
Strengths: Strengths are: the stiffness gives it more pop and makes it better for jibbing. Also the way the edges are on it makes it really easy to turn.
Weaknesses: Weakness are:the top sheet chips pretty easy nothing else though. Its also kinda pricie if your a beginner
Similar Products Used: more similar products ive used to this are m3,burton and option which are all good but if you cant get a forum i would go with m3 or option.

Summary: I love this board..it has such a sweet ride...there's nothing on the market like it...has the fastest ride i've tried and can get huge air. The awesome slider design...you have an unlimited amout of range...too bad the end stopper fell off otherwise it would be perfect....if you want the best..Devun Walsh gives it to you...no need to look further..I can't tell you how bad A$$ this board is...i'll ride this thing til it breaks....then I'll get another one...there's no other standard than Forum.
Strengths: This board is so sweet. It can do anything...free-riding on quick patches on ice it has super sweet edge and cuts like a hot knife in butter. Riding in the park is has unbelievable pop. You can get massive air with little power...this thing rocks. I wanted the best board and did tons of research and since the beginning of last year and it was reviewed as one of the best boards on the market. So I gave it a try...now I know why Forum has the best snowboarding team in the world...They're boards whoop a@#!@$#...great on jibs...rails..mad pop and can hang like a mother f!@#@$# thru mogals or ice...because of the sidewall construction...I"ll ride this thing till it breaks!!!! stoned wax gave me tons of speed down quick runs...they don't build a better overall board...
Weaknesses: The damn thing is pricey...about $500..but for a pro-line model it's way worth it...luckily I got it on end of the season sale for $250!!! kick a$$.....also the end cap of the slider system fell off!! it's okay i'm having them replace me the end cap...looks like they'll pop right off if your bindings don't cover them....it's not for beginners...may take a while to get used to..if you're not an intermediate...
Similar Products Used: none....this is the greatest overall board you can buy...

Summary: I may be biased since my first board was much superior (in my opinion) to this board. This board just doesn't seem to pull it toghter when it counts. In my opinion, this board is not worth more than $250.
Strengths: Good board to start with perhaps? Holds up at higher speeds but gets that unstable feeling.
Weaknesses: This is a decent board, but compared to my neversummer,it has no class. Personally I think the board is too flexible and the topsheet chips too easily.
