Price Paid:  $400.00 at Snowboard Shop

Favorite place to ride:
Snowbird

Riding Style:
All Mountain/Freeride

Product Year:
2001

Summary:
I returned a Custom 64 a few years back and they sent me a new one. Can't ask for more than that.

Strengths:
Fast, Durable Base, Fairly stiff, carves any size turn, quick edge to edge. Durable (I have 30+ daysd on mine and no damage). Definately more of a freestyle board as compared to other Burtons. The nose isn't as round as say a Custom. This reduces the powder capabilities. But after all, Burton doesn't call this an all mountain board although in most repects, it is anyway!

Weaknesses:
No real weaknesses except not the best powder board(1 ft+) if you're 175 lbs or more. If it had the little bit of extra volume in the nose, it would be an awesome all-around, all mountain board in all conditions. It is an awesome all around board other than in the deep stuff!

Summary:
this is the greatest board ive ever ridden out of 5 boards i cant do much better.

Strengths:
this board has everything thata true snowboarder needs. The deep side cut makes for much lower aand bettere carves. The additional with added to the makes it better for powder and can also fit my ginormus feet(size12 and rising)the graphics are sweet and the flexibility is set just right so that there is no chattering and the downhill landing dont put as much pressre on my back legg.

Weaknesses:
the laminate scratches easy, no biggy cuz it dosnt delaminate its just small color scratches.

Riding Style:
All Mountain/Freeride

Product Year:
2001

Summary:
I purchased this board at the mall when they were having a huge sale, Retail of this board was 460.00.
I basically stole this board for about 200.00 bucks.

The whole package, was Burton custom bindings and that board for 349.00

Strengths:
Not too stiff, not too weak , very solid board.
Rides great on the hard snow, hardly any chatter at all.
The deep sidecut alllows for some great edging and its very quick for edge to edge conversions.
The rush is very quick , for those speed demons too, countless times I've caught my buddy , he being on a 168 K2 board.

Weaknesses:
None so far. ;)

Price Paid:  $420.00 at Ebay

Favorite place to ride:
Mammoth

Riding Style:
All Mountain/Freeride

Product Year:
2001

Summary:
I took a chance on this new innovation from Burton and I was very pleased. This board should be here to stay!

Strengths:
Above and beyond any board I've ever ridden. I spent a week in Mammoth and this board rode like a dream. I couldn't believe how easy the transitions were. I got some wicked park action too. I can't recommend this board highly enough.

Weaknesses:
I use K2 Clicker HB boots, so I slipped one time with the boot and got a small chip on the top sheet, but that was probably my fault. Otherwise, no complaints.
