Summary:
Great board. Unfortunately, it's been relegated to my rock board because of it's age. I still keep it waxed up and in good condition. I'd buy another one if I could find it new. I've been through countless other boards since then but I have a soft spot for this one.

Favorite place to ride:

Product Year:

Summary:
This board has it all, it is fast, strong, lands jumps good, and carves easily. Only I think Lamar as a brand is going out of popularity, and a 2001 board is kinda old now it is almost 2003. If you get this board you won's be sorry!

Strengths:
Everthing

Weaknesses:
Scratches on bottom kind of easy, just use some wax

K2 SPITFIRE (better for more advanced riders, is porbaly better than the Tahoe).

Summary:
Bar-none the best board I've ever ridden. Light, lots of pop, great carving on the hard pack as well as in powder! Clean graphics...Took up fly fishing in VT this last summer.

Strengths:
GREAT pop, durability (top sheet wears somewhat quicker), carving in pow or packed. This sh!t holds an edge...I've been riding since 91 and I have fallen in love with this board.

Weaknesses:
topsheet/sidewalls

Summary:
This board is the shiznit, I've road alot of different brand snowboards. This one by far is the best. If Lamar made all their snowboards like this one they'd be as popular as burton.

Strengths:
Very responsive and light on the snow. You really float and have total control. It's also pretty flexy making you get more air on your jumps. I like the brown trout on the font. I also like the way the bottom looks like the bottom of a moutain stream in the sierra's. Very cool.

Weaknesses:
None that I can tell so far.

Summary:
This Tahoe rocks!! The fish is kinda funky, but the only time you see it is while I'm walking up to the lifts. I've never hit jumps and launched off them like I do on this board. Very light and maneuverable.

Strengths:
Launching of jumps and carving is awesome.

Weaknesses:
The top is not very durable. It gets all sliced up like cheese when other people on the lift lines run over it (a$$h@les). Like I said before, the fish is kinda whack, but I got used to it. Just slap on a big a$$ sticker and you're all good.
