Summary:
Ive ridden the trip serries since it was introduced to the market. I love it. good pop, holds an edge. only thing is it lands hard in the flats. Im looking at a substance right now. its the only board I like as much as the trip serries.

Strengths:
good pop off the wake, cuts hard

Weaknesses:
lands real hard off the wake

Product Year:
2001

Summary:
I Have the 2001 33.5 and it kicks ass!! I learned on this board and am still learning but it is great. Ive tried a couple hyperlites too, but nothing compares to the trip. The board is a little squirly in chop, but is great through clean water. Im just starting to be able to clear the wake on my jumps, and I love the pop that the board gives off the wake and the way it lands. It is also the hardest cutting board that I have ridden because of the six-fin system. I love this board!

Strengths:
Great Pop, Cut, And Landing.

Weaknesses:
Just a little bit unstable in chop, but not to bad

Price Paid:  $500.00 at Scheels Sports

Favorite place to ride:
any lake in MN

Riding Style:

Product Year:
2000

Summary:
Great board for going BIG on tricks. Great pop off the wake, and a very stable board. Sent my old one in to the factory cause the clear laminate was coming off, and they replaced it with a brand new board..... They've since fixed the clear coat problem

Strengths:
This board has major pop off the wake. If you're scared of getting big air, don't get this board. It's lightweight, fat(good for landings and stability) and sticks to the water nicely(due to the fact that it's a 6 fin board). It's also nice that you can get a Trip for your preferences because of all the different sizes they have.

Weaknesses:
Needs more rocker! I learned on Wake Tech, and that company uses lots of rocker in their boards! The fact that there is little rocker makes it harder to land big tricks cause the board nosedives. I heard they put more rocker on their new boards, so it's nothing to worry about for the new Trips
