The Arc'teryx Women's Rho LTW Bottom is a super-tech Merino/lycra base layer. Fine Merino wool makes the lightweight Rho soft against your skin and wicks moisture with ease, while a touch of lycra in the fabric helps the garment maintain its shape for adventure after adventure. (Nobody likes a case of the baselayer saggies. Ew.) The Rho Bottom retains its warmth even when wet, so if a little snow sneaks in there or the gods frown upon you in the form of hydration pack leakage, you'll still feel comfortable. The Merino sheep live outside in New Zealand all year, you never hear them complain about being cold. A laminated thigh pocket makes a super-safe place to store a key or cash.
