Summary:
Action Optics really does make superior products. I recently purchased a pair of Sweetwater II sunglasses and had them out on the river for the first time last week. They are truly amazing sunglasses. I was able to look through extreme glare and easily see right to the bottom of the river where the unsuspecting fish were lurking. The glasses are exceptional when it comes to polarized vision, hence Action Optic’s motto. They are very lightweight, which makes wearing them for extended periods a breeze.

The polycarbonate lenses in copper are a medium to dark lens with a 12% visual light transmission which is the amount of available light permitted to pass through the lens. They have a moderate contrast and are said to be good for all around-around use.The polycarbonate polarized lenses provide high shatter resistance while maintaining light weight. They have a scratch resistant coating that is durable and virtually unbreakable. They seemed to be highly resistant to the dirt and dust of the Owens River Valley. Polycarbonate lenses also have greater impact resistance than glass yet are lighter than glass.
