Price Paid:  $150.00 at self propelled outdo

Summary:
Nice pack except for the zippers very weak. The pulls are basically shoe strings with a small piece of rubber holding it together. If you pull to hard it will come apart. So I replaced with key rings. The pack is very comfortable and I have no problems manuvering with it on. I take this thing to the red river gorge and it survives plenty of brushes with rock and no rips on it. have had it for going on 3 seasons.

Customer Service:
Have not used their cust service fixed it myself.
