I didn't want to go cheap with this sort of gear and after doing my online research I decided on the Big Eddy. This was back in 2013 and although this product is no longer available the current K-9 Float Coat™ seems pretty much the same.

I've been very happy with it. It is well made, he three quick release buckles provide a good, snug fit and the mutt seems very comfortable in it. She's 65 lbs and when she went over the gunnel into Smoke Lake on her first big trip I had no problem lifting her back in with the handle. It dries quickly with no odor and the bright yellow color makes her very visible around camp or on the portages. Not inexpensive but in line with other comparable gear.
