This is my go-to pad when I need something compact and lighter than my Exped DownMat. It's quite comfortable and provides adequate cushioning for my middle-aged hips. I find that with this (as with other non-self inflating pads) your comfort is maximized if you don't overinflate them.

Where they fall short is with their quality. I am on my second one now as they have a propensity to leak. I always go to bed with a little trepidation as to whether I will need to reinflate it in the middle of the night. This flaw aside, it is a comfortable, light and compact pad.
