Car Camper

Although I listed myself as a car camper - the majority of the time I'm a bicycle camper. The Bibler Bombshelter protected myself and two other bicycle riders on the Icefield Parkway last month where it rained like the dickens nearly every night. Many of the storms were thunderstorms accompanied by high winds and we had to set up the tent frequently in pouring rain.

The Bombshelter is everything it is cracked up to be. Absolutely waterproof, simple to set up in the pouring rain and plenty of room for three people. It would be a bit tight for 4 persons but most tents are like that (exaggerating the size). The vestibules at the front and back of the tent are invaluable for keeping boots and luggage / pannier packs dry.

Customer Service

I haven't had to use Customer Service for the Bibbler Bombshelter - it has proven itself 100 percent from the word "Go!"

I've used multiple types of tents, many from REI but nothing has been as tough and quick to set up as the Bibler Bombshelter. It's expensive but you GET what you pay for!
