The rod has the bakbone to haul in the big ones! Also the superfine presentations you get with this rod are amazing! I have also found that given the small line size I have been able to shorten my leader a great deal in order to get maximum control on my casts without spooking the most wary of trout!

The price was abit high but the customer support from Orvis makes it worth it!

A great rod!Great for those small streams with little to no casting room! Also great for those hard fished waters. The small delicate presentations you get with this outfit is just plain deadly!
