I guess you get what you paid for.

I purchased the 4 piece model. I was not satified with the over all performance. The tip section kept flying off during a hard forward cast. I haven''t tried the 2 piece, but I would look elsewhere for a multi piece8 weight rod. I ended up sending the rod back for a refund.

Returned the rod and was refunded my money, no questions asked.
