Strength:

I love the action on this rod, a sort of fast/medium action, great for mending. It also has enough backbone to really put the stick on big fish.

Weakness:

None... great rod.

Love this rod... with a fighting butt, this rod is a great steelhead, heavy trout rod. Mends well, great action... really throws some line.

Customer Service

Fair... broke the tip off and they fixed it, but then forgot to send it for a couple of weeks. They were appologitic about it.

Strength:

Lightweight great casting performance and lots of strength for fighting big fish.

Weakness:

reel seat comes loose sometimes

For the money this is a very good rod performance wise. If you are looking for a rod that fits the pocket book has great performance and has strength for those monster fish this is the rod for you.

Customer Service

very good
