Strength:

The action is designed for actual fishing. All tout models have a pleasant progressive action.

Weakness:

None, nothing compares to Winston

Winston own a TomMorgan Fav..8foot six in. both 4 weights. As a guide and avid fisherman I feel that nothing compares to the Winston IM6 or WT rods for actual trout fishing. I have found that you have to be a good fly caster to truely appreciate how great these rods are for actual fishing. If you like the baseball bats with guides I.E. Sage ect. for those fly shop parking lot championships you will not do well with the WT or IM6 line. The ultra stiff graphites do not teach you how to develope the proper technique or timing to become an effective fly caster.Granted the Winston Wt line are not distance machines (thank god)they are the real fly rods that you have to learn to cast instead of the stiff grahites that cast themselves.
