Strength:

I really think that the Winston is the fastest rod with the most ability to fight fish from the butt with this rod. Punching large flies into 40mph winds and this rod barely batted an eyelash. VERY fast.

Weakness:

Hmmm. Next question!

loved this rod for freshwater bass and salt for reds. Punching the biggest clousers and weighted "creatures" with ease and accuracy.

Customer Service

Strength:

Casts everything but with a trace of Winston action. Even more powerful than Sage RPLXi. I use it with a Sage 3400 Disc Reel. Sage now makes better reels than rods -imho. Best money can buy is Winston.

Weakness:

None.

This is a wapon not a flyrod. It is not a delicate trout rod, but you can cast sinking lines up to 550 grains without any problems. Its better to overline it 1-2 wt numbers when fishing floating lines (Rio, Dave Whitlock´s Bass lines). As always with Winston the cosmetics are flawless.

Customer Service

Very good, fast and generous. Helpful Montana people.
