Strength:
Same as any other Winston IM6 - action, delicacy, tippy flex, and beautiful
Weakness:
There's nothing wrong with this rod. I now prefer a 3 or 4 weight, even for small streams, since I think that I can get the same accuracy and still have more rod for a big fish. A splendid little rod for small waters, with the slower Winston action that provides great accuracy and delicate presentation. Customer Service Always great for me. I've heard that Winston has slipped some lately, however Similar Products Used: Winston IM6 3wt and 4wt; Sage 0 wt |

Strength:
Casts well precise placement gret looks protects light tippets. Easy to handle in brushy areas
Weakness:
wont handle the wind but thats not what a 2 wt is for anyway. hard to find a good reel to balence it out good. 7 ft 2 wt 2 pc I purchased this rod for samll stream fishing. cast short and med. greatly. Handles fish well. Feels great to cast. The only thig you need o consider is the light wieght. This rod is so light it was hard to find a reel that balenced well with it. sage got the job done with the 3100 reel balences prefectly I here lampson also has a extramly ligh wieght reel that would do well but the sage was avalible for me. but if you like a heavy reel end there are plenty out there. Customer Service outstanding Similar Products Used: sage, winston, fenwick, talon |
