Great product - worth every penny. Float tubing is now my favorite way of fishing, it beats boat fishing very very much. There is some room for improvement (better side pockets and valve for the backreast!) but I like it anyhow.

Customer Service

Great! I had some trouble in Ohio, I was asked to register the tube, the Creek Company proved to the Ohio DNR that it is not needed. Very very good service.

Strength:

Accessory holders and straps

Weakness:

it sits too low in the water, gets your back wet, and everything in your fishing vest, the seat part is uncomfortable, it causes you to slide forward, but there is no safety harness to hold you in. The sides sit up ti high to fix your pole, the air inlet in the backrest is hard to get to after you blow it up so much, then you have a hard time zipping it up. I definetly will have to buy another brand of u-boat to be able to enjoy fishing again. I borrowed a different one from a friend, happened to be a cheaper brand from wal-mart, but it is 100% better.

Overall, I am not pleased at all with this product. It does not live up to what the company says it is.

Strength:

Easy to fill, get in and out of, and is lightweight. The valves on this are excellent and can be filled at a gas station. Don't overfill.

Weakness:

There is no stabilization bar. Also, you sit pretty low in the water.

The U-Boat is a fairly nice float tube. It is easy to get in and out of, which is what I like.

Customer Service

Never had to use this.
