I have been using thispot now for the past 5 years or so now, and it still performs very well. It''s an odd measurement to me beinf .9 litre and not a full liter, but I expect there''s a reason for this, though I don''t know what it is. On this model there are no graduation marks (easily remedied- just scratch a few in yourself) and there is also no pouring spout either as I believe there is on the newer ones. I can vouch for it''s durability and lightness as it''s still going strong after these years. I switched to it after using a 1 liter stainless steel pot for many years to trim a bit of weight off, albeit just 40g. I have found though that the pan has deformed a bit lately due to me being a bit rough with it and jamming it down the sides of full rucksacks however. Mre likley my fauly than a fault with the product. I also have a Titan cookset with all its various bits and peices, but I still like my Evernew one together with a cascade cup as the two suit my needs very well. The handles aslo lock into place and dont wander about as they do on the titan stuff. The silicone handles have lasted well, and though I wouldn''t use them over a camp fire, the heat of my whisperlite on full blast, has not damaged them at all. Comparing it to the titan cookset, indeed I had to add insulation to the handles on that to avoid my fingers being frazzled, or I had to use a bandanna or the pot lifter which adds more unecessary weight to my solo pack. Another advantage in my view. For occasional use th Evernew Titanium is pricey, but for those of us that live in the wilds frequently and our second home is a tent I can highly recommend it. (Note to Titan cookset users: I meant no offence, but I use the titan system for groups of two or three as this suits my cooking style. The smaller Evernew pan is big enough for my solo use.) In short- I like it, though it does depend on your cooking style. If you are a boil up and eat backpacker like me, it''s ideal. If a gourmet or backcountry resteuraunt chef with complex meals, a more versatile set is probably what you should be looking for. The only real downside is the price, which is why I can''t quite give it full marks.

Customer Service

Never needed it so I can''t comment. I bought it from REI which in my experience with other products have had exellent customer services.
