I puchased this because I Love real Coffee and Tea and wanted to eliminate the waste associated with Coffee/Tea Bags It performed OK for a few trips then the plunger part failed (the plastic appeared to melt)this has been replaced under warranty however I know that they have experinced major problems with this product (and its K-Mat copy $19 ) so I can only say Caveat Emptor.
