I will have to disaggree with the Aaron, about the quality of this set. All thin layers of teflon will flake off when hard utensils are used. By using plastics, I have had no problems with mine, and have used them 10-20 times a year for 3 years. The handle is also easy to use, and not meant to be left on the pot while cooking (only while lifting the pot). All in all, I have been very happy with this set.
