Bought this for my 12 year old son who is very small for his age. It has a good suspension system and is very adjustable for growing children as well as being rather light. If you have a young child or one who hasn't hit thier growth spurt yet this is the best pack I have found and is quite affordable to boot.

A great pack for my 8 year old. Too bad REI discontinued the model! It's built well and is adjustable for a fast growing child. I had to call a REI retail store to find one.Better grab one while they last.

Customer Service

Service gave out conflicting advice from the web site.
Service from an actual store over the phone was excellent!
