Got it for good price, so I can''t really complain no matter what. Theres no reason to complain anyway. I use it for long runs and longer bike rides. The water doesn''t taste funny and the slim design keeps it out of the way. Overall it''s very convenient and does its job well.

Bought on sale - normally $65. Great fit on my 5'2" frame. Slim design, padded shoulders and back - waist belt and chest strap. Enough room inside the pack for several Luna bars, sandwich, camera, etc. Bungee cords and outside pouch for smaller items.

Tried a Camelbak but hated the plastic taste, the bit valve and cleaning/drying was a hassle. Love the 70 oz. ziplock bladder. Makes adding powder a breeze and I've had no problems with leaks. Froze Gatorade in it last weekend. It stayed cold all day and even kept the 32 oz Nalgene water bottle I tucked inside the pack cold. At the end of a hike, the Nalgene I had pulled out of the freezer ten hours earlier still had a large ice cube inside. Get comments from other hikers all the time on it. Best small pack purchase I've made for all day hikes.

Gave it 4 stars as I could live without it - I just wouldn't want to.

One of my best purchases. I use the bladder and bag together for mountain biking and day hiking, and slide the bladder into the hydration sleeve of my Arc''Teryx Bora 80. No leaks, no funny taste, and the Big Zip opening makes it easy to fill and clean.

Customer Service

Haven''t needed it.
