This is an awesome pack if you can afford a $250 weekend pack and it fits you. The suspension is the best I've ever felt on something this size(nice padding and 2 stays w/framesheet). I loved all the pockets(2 in the lid, a removable shovel flap w/pocket, and elastic side pockets). Very convenient with a side zip access as well. Unfortunately, I could not get it fit me. I have a longish torso and smaller chest; the medium was long enough but the shoulder straps were too big and could not be replaced with smaller ones. The small was just too small. I ended up getting a Gregory Gravity and it has been very pleasing. If the Khamsin fits you though, get it.
