I've been using this pack for the past 3 or 4 months and have taken it on numerous trips , I love the shape of this pack and how it isn't to wide. Create for bushwacking, scrambling and climbing. Supsension system very easy to adjust and tweak. Affordable but is a keeper because of how durable it is, been dropped, stepped on, thrown here and there ,not a single tear of stitching. Hybrid loading ,which means top and panel loading which makes gear access a cinch when everything is all packed up and you need something from the middle. Daisy chain on front panel and storm lid. Storm lid allows for easy access to gear like cameras and first-aid kits. Mesh side pockets hold 1 litre water bottle , if ya need you can use then to hold you tent poles along side the side compression straps. The waist belt could have a little more padding, still offers adaquete comfort. Internal frame could not be anymore comforatable with contours that fit my back to a T. Test this before your buy , may not fit you the same. All in all an excellant backpack for your buck.

This pack best fits teens and women, I would recommend this pack to anyone looking for an affordable , dependable weekend pack.

I own the older model of this pack, the schrocco 45, An after hardcore hiking with it for 5+ years, its still racking up the miles. This is a truly amazing pack. Mine has survived everything from years of abuse as a demo pack for my local scout troop, to being attacked by raccoons that wanted to eat the cookies in the top pocket (not included). The only problems I have had with this pack in its 5 years of being force to carry 60+ pound loads is the right shoulder strap separating for the bottom of the pack, this was easily remedied by threadig the strap through a nearby tightener for the hip strap. I love the veritility of this pack, and its low profile feel. I would suggest this pack to anyone who needs a bag.
Happy hiking
Henry
