AT first i thought it looked like a pack that would fall apart if i put five pounds in but when i put a good 4o pounds in it I was suprised. It is a good pack for stuff weekends to weeklong trips . It is also at an affordable price . I reccomend this pack over the shasta and palisade .

Only used this once. I ordered it off the internet before it was available here at the local outdoors shop. A good back, but not what I was expecting. I thought the front zippered section was a pocket, not just a front opening. So it isn't quite a smaller version of the Plalisade. Other than my unfulfilled expectations, it was great. It carried about 35 lbs well for five days. I just wish it had more compartments to store stuff.

Like the guy below I think this pack is the greatest. While spending 4 days on the AT watching my buddys struggle with their packs I was cruising with my 40 lb load. The molded foam back feels like it is made just for you.
A little bigger and more convenient than the Reality. This is THE pack for the long weekend to weeklong backpacker.
