AirCooled Back System features a combination of air channels and mesh to promote air circulation--a real plus during intense activity or hot weather. Includes hydration system reservoir and tube, plus a reservoir pocket and tube slot, for convenient hydration. Patented Crossbow compression and stabilization system ensures unprecendented stability and load control. Removable, extendible lid makes room for extra gear; features zip pocket underneath for smaller items. Tool/shovel compression shield and under-lid rope compressor, as well as a daisy chain and multiple attachment points, take care of technical gear. Small side pockets make for convenient carrying of tent poles or trekking poles.
