This is a good bag, I like the large gear flap on the back which allows me to store my axes, snow shovel and other metal gear in an easy to get place. It is fairly comfortable when loaded for a few days climbing. It would have been nice to have an extendable lid to make it easier to close, but I guess not having this keeps the bag well balanced for climbing with. Other good features are the rope compressor strap and the fact you can use an internal partition to divide the bad up inside. It also has a lower zip to allow you to get into the bottom of the bag. Good compression straps.

Customer Service

None personally but some of my friends have, Lowe Alpine has positively gone out of their way to make them happy which impressed me alot. (See my alpine flash jkt review).
