What can I say about this pack: given its relatively low cost it is the best value for money piece of backpacking/mountaineering/ski-touring gear I own. It has many features I want; crampon patch, twin ice-axe holders, zip-open for sleeping bag, detachable top to convert to a fanny pack, side internal pocket. It is nice and light; light foam straps, shoulder suspension I can rig to keep it away from my back so I can vent. It is on the small side (60litres) so those who pack on the big side might not like it - I tend to go light and fast. Things I'd like to see on it - a better way of carrying skis, a better way of strapping or carrying a shovel, another side pocket, more comfy straps. However, on the whole, this pack is incredible value for money.
