New for 2000 TNF Springbok bag has a new "X" suspension system. Yeah TNF has not made a bag to worthy until recently. With a whole new design incorporating an X internal frame system TNF has finally produced products on par with Danna, Gregory, and A... The Springbok is the only bag (any brand)I found that has pannel access in a bag of 3300 cubic inches. It also has a removable lumbar pack. TNF makes 3 different "pods" that can attach to some of their larger back packs. Each "pod" is designed with a primary use in mind: climbing, skiing, utility. I found that the Springbok can accomedate any of the three pods. It takes a little different rig than the TNF packs that include the pods but It works. When you combine good suspension, comfortable fit, pannel access, detachable lumbar pack, and finally good finish this bag is hard to beat.

Customer Service

Lifetime warranty! I have had great response and support from TNF. I wanted some misc. clips and straps to customize a piece of my equipment ant TNF warrany responded quickly and with no charge. I think there never seems to be the perfect product no matter what you look at thats why I value excellent customer support.
