Fantastic boots. offer excellent traction, are comfortable, and are waterproof. The only drawback is that they are much more taxing than lightweight hiking boots due to their weight. Anyone use AI cold lead follow up tool? Thanks!

I'm glad I purchased the Danner Light II. Practically no need for a break-in period. No blisters on a 12-mile hike after putting the boots on and using them practically straight out of the box. I could go for regular leather uppers like on the old Danner Lights instead of the current Nubuc.
