Strength:

This product is relatively lightweight for having a completely leather upper. Hiking boots must have this features: stable, water-resistant, and durable than lightweights. So for me, We will rate this 3 out 5 from all of us at www.treeservicesdelaware.com

Weakness:

The Design looks almost the same in merrell.

Strength:

The grip has been excelent and the stability of the sole was perfect for climbing without giving up anything for the long flat treks. Perfect to wear while doing window cleaning

Weakness:

My complaint is that after 4 months of constant wear the leather has streched too much, therefore offering reduced support, and it looks like my boots are too big for my feet.

Strength:

I found them perfectly adequate for hiking with a 35lb pack on trails and limited off-trail use. They're kind of soft for mile after mile of rocky cross-country hiking. drywall

Weakness:

None so far.

Day Hiker

I have purchased these boots around 1 year ago and since have used them for 3 season hiking, snow conditions and other outdoor /recreational activities and sports. Overall, excellent boots - love them as they are wide enough, no break in perdiod required and afer many miles they are still in perfect shape. Get them while they are available.

Day Hiker

These boots are absolutely fantastic! After 100 miles of hiking in them I have not gotten one blister. They required no break-in, and are very comfortable. They offer pretty good support, though not enough for truly rough terrain. Reasonably water resistant and warm enough for cold days, but not for hiking in snow. Overall I am very happy with these boots and would strongly recommend them.

Backpacker

Found these on closeout at Campmor for $60 (reg. $150). Recently switched to these lightweights (2lb 8oz size 8.5) from heavier boots. Very pleased with them after lots of day-hiking and a little backpacking. I found them perfectly adequate for hiking with a 35lb pack on trails and limited off-trail use. They're kind of soft for mile after mile of rocky cross-country hiking. A pair of Superfeet insoles makes quite an improvement. Little or no break-in needed. Somewhere I read a review that referred to these as "insulated", but they're not...the original insoles look like they could be compressed thinsulate, though. I'd buy them again at the full price.
