As promised, I am reporting on these boots after my Vermont Green Mountain excursion. They performed extremely well. My feet were ALWAYS comfortable. The trails were steep and rocky and these boots gave me the ankle and arch support I needed. These boots were so comfortable that on the way down from one of the high peaks I was able to jog a bit without fatigue! The only negative I could see was that on wet rock they were not as ""sure-footed"" as I would have liked. Similar Products Used: None |

I´ve been using my Vasque boots since I´ve bought them in 1996. After years of use in Patagonia and Peru, they are as good as new. I´m very happy with them. Similar Products Used: None |

I ""think"" these are the Vasques that I have, mine are a few years old, and there is no model name anywhere on em. Anway they are great boots, I've used em for about 4 years, but not too frequently, only when I want a real good boot on or for extreme conditions, doing this they have lasted really well. The GoreTex keeps out water and they have a good bit of insulation.
