An excellent 3 season backpacking bag for the cash. I also own their Monarch Pass. The best thing about this bag is the generous cut. If you are looking for a roomy bag with shoulder room (34 inch) get the long version. I've had it down below 20 and was very warm (used it this winter at Grey Knob Cabin in NH. I wish it had more loft, but it has proven to be a great buy at minimal cost. If you're looking for a decent down bag, and have little cash, look no further. It's well constructed and should last many years.

Customer Service

EXCELLENT!!! You actually get to talk to a human who understands what you are talking about. I had a problem with the compression sack. They sent out another one immediately. Very nice people to deal with.
