This sleeping bag functioned very properly in the Nantahala mountains during the summer of 2000. The temperatures dropped to about 45 degrees at night and I was completely comfortable under the stars. I would probably not use this in much colder conditions. Good price, but like so much else, marketed by an Italian company, NOT actually made in Italy. Descent quality, mine is 7 years old, there may be newer versions with differences.
