The Jalapeno is a great value. I do a lot of hiking/ biking in the southeast and have been consistently happy with it's performance. It closes up tight but remains roomy, and keeps heat in despite temperatures down to about 15-25 degrees.

I have had my 20 degree bag for over two years and it has served me well. I have been awakened in a puddle before and I was perfectly dry while my friend was all wet. I have also taken it down to its limits of its temperature rating. I would say it is more of a 30 degree bag but I lived. You just need to wear a jacket and other close in it.
