Roomy. I''''''''m of standard build at 180 lbs. and this bag meets my need for space just fine. Good quality, economy minded bag. No watch or pillow pockets. The hood is very, very well engineered. I napped for 2 hours in clear windless weather in the mid 20''''''''s the night I got it and it kept me warm but I could tell I was pushing it. There is a miminal draft tube at the neck which makes it great for summer but lets a little to much warm air out when you''''''''re pushing it''''''''s cold weather boundry. The colors look cool but the red surrounding the hood will probably soil rather quickly. The stuff sack is a little to small but will work
