The bag is perfect for every kind of trip hot or cold. The bag will still keep you warm below the rating. It is light with lots of room to change or do whatever.

I have used my Sierra about 60 times on the PCT and have been cold at 35 with my clothes on, but I have not been too hot on the floor of my room. It is roomy enough to dress inside easily and to flop around in any position. The weight and size is right too.

This is a great sleeping bag. Lots of room to stretch. For me, the temperature rating is conservative. I have never been cold in this bag. Highly recommend this sleeping bag.

Like the others have said, this is a great bag. It is roomy and comfortable and keeps me warm even when the temperature drops below the temperature rating. I find it to be very well made and durable as well.
