This is an awesome sleeping bag. I bought it on sale in August for a September trip to Yosemite, and I''m really glad I did. I did quite a bit of research and hadn''t considered this bag because of the price, but when I saw it on sale for about $100 off I went for it after reading some reviews. My previous bag was a S.Designs 20/35 degree HV bag with a very wide cut, and weighed 4.1 pounds. My Moonstone weighs 1 pound 12 ounces and I sleep just as well in it even with the narrower cut (I assume b/c of the soft down). On my Yosemite trip my friend had a 20 deg. bag that must have weighed 4 pounds, but he was waking up having to put on extra clothes and I was fine. I even used it outside this December in 20 deg. weather in my tent, and was fine with some extra layers. If you can get a decent price and need a bag that''ll keep you warm well below 40 degrees (otherwise a WM Highlite could save you 3/4 pounds) but hardly weighs anything, take a look at this bag.

No other light weight down bags, but I don''t plan on going back to synthetic.
