I think this is one of the best 600+ fill down bags on the market. Nicely detailed - tuckstitching and mosquito headnet. Warm all the way down to its rating. I'm 6'1", 180 and fit well with room to spare in the long version. To tell you the truth, I would mind even a little tighter fit to lessen the weight even more, even as is, there aren't any cold spots. the zipper doesn't snag easily and the big velcro flap makes getting in and out easy. The taffeta shell is about average for water repellancy, if you're worried about that, go with the stormlight.

Exelent piece of gear. A little tight for me in the large size, im 6'3 and the width is sometimes a problem, although I am not big, wieghing only 150lbs. But if you're smaller than me? AWESOME BAG.

Great bag. I have never been cold in this bag at the low end of its temp rating. I have had an occasional feather flying about, but the bag has held up well for 3 years.

I think this is a great bag. I got it on-sale after looking at several other bags. My Tallac has the crazy legs design, which is great for me being 6'1 225. Although the crazzy legs design is no longer available this bag is still larger than other comprable bags. So this bag is snug and warm! I have had it on several winter trips where the temperatures were 10-15°F, I was warm and cofortable every time. For the price you can't beat it.

Yea this is a pricy bag, but if taken care will last for ..... a long while at least. I like the mozzy head bag, though luckily i have not had to use it yet. Comfy and warm. Better than a kick in the head. I want to try some snowcamping this winter and this bag should be fine for that. a collar for the shoulder would have been a nice touch given the price of the bag.
