I love it! The Quantum is a great idea. I really like the extra room and the material used inside is silky and soft. It's made very well but I have had a tiny bit of a problem with the zipper getting stuck but it never gets stuck often or very much. I woke up in Jackson WY to 3" of snow outside and I had no idea it was that cold and wet out. I was nice and toasty in the bag and had the baffle only zipped up 1/2 way. Took it to the BWCA and I was the only person to stay warm at night. This bag was the warmest and compressed to the smallest. A bit heavy for backpacking but great for canoe trips and car camping.

The adjustable width is a very cool idea. Great for wide-loads, as well as night floppers, and whaddaya know, I'm *both*, and I love this bag. And with the zippable baffle coupled with main zipper adjustments and adjustable hood and draft collar, even finicky sleepers will be able to come to some happy configuration.

Only had the bag down to the mid 40's so far, but MHW has a rep as one of the few vendors to give accurate temp ratings.

Liner fabric is nice and comfy. Haven't had any problems w/ zippers, unlike earlier review. The construction and materials have a solid, well-done look and feel.

Would have been nice to have some built in ties for sleeping pad, and I don't understand why a ripstop shell should be so much more expensive, but these are nits.

Big roomy bag. Very warm. Has a nice touch to it. Multiple options as far as the upgrades go. Zippers can be little tricky and jamed on me couple of times. I will acctually say that this bag is too warm but I just open it up if neccesarry to cool me down. I saw my friends with similar mummy bags and they couldn't even rise their knees up or roll over. This bag is big but it doesn't mean that heat escapes. At the end bag folds nicely into small storage sack and fits perfectly on my backpack. I purchased their rain cover and lately I don't even carry a tent. I will just use a tarp pulled over a line stretched between two trees as a shelter. Very good bang for the money.

Customer Service

I like Mountain Hardwear in general becasue they make good quality products and customer service is never needed (I hope they stay that way)
