Lightweight yet extremely durable polyester taffeta shell with a DWR (durable water-repellent) finish and a comfortable, moisture-wicking lining. Hood features differentiated drawcords that make custom fitting easy, even in the dark--flat cord adjusts forehead area; round cord adjusts chin area. I'm 6'2" and bought the long one. I'm a midwest camper- IA, KS, and CO. The stretch combined with the down makes it the most comfortable bag I've slept in. I always use a ridgerest for comfort and keeping moisture out of the down. I haven't slept in it's rated 15 degree weather but I have been warm and cozy when the temp's dipped below freezing. I'll use it even when it's as warm as 70. (Any warmer than that and a person probably doesn't need more than a light blanket or sheet.) The stretch is a great buy because of it's comfort, warmth, and temp versatility. If this ever wears out I'll be trying to find the same thing.
