I got the 20 degree bag. It is a good late spring to summer bag. But in fall and the rest of spring you would freeze to death. I just took the bag out of my storage and tryed to sleep in it in December in my room I was too cold to sleep in it in my room. So the Bottom Line is if you want a good early spring to summer bag this is a great one.

Customer Service

I have needed nothing from customer service because it held up great.

a good bag for the price. so far, i have been impressed with the insulation material. for a synthetic, the dupont thermolite extreme has kept me warm, without being hot(something my last bag had issues with). the normal sized bags also accomadate taller heights(i am 6'2"", and fit comfortably in a their regular size). another advantage is their ""hothood"" design, which i prefer to the hoods that normal bags use. this design allows to you retain heat while still being able to view the stars at night. loft has been a problem though...in the sense that when you pull the bag out it doesn't appear particularly ""fluffy."" but, i guess, if the bag keeps my warm then that is all that matters, right?

Has been a great bag. Have woken up several mornings with a lot of frost on the bag bug still stays warm and dry. The hood is great, can tighten as needed to regulate heat.
