An excellent bag. Extremely light and warm beyond its rating. If you thrash in your sleep or sleep on the ground without a pad, this is not the bag for you. It is not wide and has a delicate shell. I am 6'5, but sleep on my back, usually in a tent, so it's great for me. Similar Products Used: TNF Superlight |

This review if the the TNF Thunderhead. Similar Temp with 3D fill, except from what I gather a stronger shell. Great all purpose 20* bag. Stuff's relatively small and kept me warm in a 20* walk in freezer overnight although there was some frost on the bag (from my breathing I assume). All in all I am not dissapointed. I will be using this bag for the beginning of my AT thruhike starting 3/1/01. If I had to buy another one I would have gotten the Big Felle cause it is kinda tight in the shoulders (60"). I did cut the quick cich loop off, because its hard to open the hood back up after its cinched. Customer Service They stand by their product...even gave me a lifetime warantee on some 8$ t-shirts I bought Similar Products Used: Kelty Hollofil II 0*deg. Horrible, lost loft quickly, didnt perform as advertised. |

Purchased this bag to replace my Snowshoe. Slept cold around freezing several nights in damp cold apline conditions while on bivy. The 3D has high-loft but doesnt seem to trap as much air as Primaloft. Stuffed much smaller than my old Snowshoe. The diamond shell is great. Sold this bag when I discoverd Integral Designs.
