I'm the type of guy that usually doesn't post a review unless I feel there is only one side to the issue being presented. I'm sure the issue Jimmybear discribes above was an isolated one because I've had nothing but good customer service from Camp Chef. They even walked me through lighting the stove when i first got it because I'm obviuosly out of the loop when it comes to propane. I've loved cooking on my stove and find it a must have for any camping adventure. I'm sure every company in the world has it's days of bad customer service, I just wanted you all to know that it isn't an everyday occurance with this one.

I purchased the model SOC-60X and wanted to buy a griddle attachment for it. I e-mailed the company asking which model would fit my two burner stove. I never received a reply. I telephoned them a week later, and received a recording that all customer service reps were busy with other customers. The recording said to leave my name and phone number and someone would call me back. I left the info requested, but never received a phone call. I'm left wondering a) do they have so much business they don't need more, even when I leave a message offering to buy something?, b) Does the company not train their employees in customer relations and communications skills?, or c) Perhaps I made a mistake buying from this company if I can expect similar assistance if I experience any problems in the future. Buyer beware!
