Had mine for 2 years. Not a single problem of which to speak. Heats in a hurry. ONly problem is that there is no inbetween, it's either on or off for the most part Similar Products Used: None |

Ok, I this is my first stove, and as far as I am concerened, it will be my last. This thing worked at 9,000'. It will also run on anything. I was used Lighter fluid last year because it was the only thing that I could find. My friend says that he used gasoline, but I don't know about that. Anyway, this thing is light, boils water fast and kicks butt. Buy it. Similar Products Used: None |

If the thing works at 12,500 during snow showers, what else can you ask for. I hear a lot of complaints about not being able to simmer, but with some patience and a soft touch you can get it to simmer pretty well. Easy to start and easy to clean, a great choice for a great price Similar Products Used: None |

My friend bought one and I liked it so much I bought one too. I have tried a lot of stoves from canister types to fuel injected and this stove works just as good as any of the super turbo jetted models. I use a heat exchanger on my pots and I have always returned with fuel, even when others borrow some from me because their stove run dry. Overall, a nice stove, easy to maintain and very compact. I love it. Similar Products Used: None |

I am very pleased with the compactness & versatility of this stove. My family & I used it on a 2 week cycling camping trip & it worked perfectly for the 4 of us to get hot meals cooked quickly after a long, hard day of riding. Would highly recommend it to anybody. Similar Products Used: None |

Mine is actually a model which pre-dates the shaker jet. I have used it steadily for about five years at both sea level and 12,000 ft and have been happy with it's performance. Learned early to supplement it with one of the bases available to make it more stable. Recommend it. |

This is a great stove. It is reliable, safe, and easy to use. I've had one for over two years now and have never had a single problem. My only complaint is that it is difficult to keep at a simmer. After simmering for a while, it will start to putter out. All you have to do is give it miore gas (slowly), but you have to be paying close attention to it to catch it before the stove goes out. This is a small inconvenince when compared to its virtues. It is lightweight, stable, compact, a good value, and easy to disasemble. True, it only takes white gas, but personally, I wouldn't want to burn anything else. It is a great all-round stove, and I wouldn't trade it for anything! |

Great backpacking stove. Easy to use, but would like to see a couple of modifications. The heat range is difficult to regulate, and there should be a lock-down on the pump handle to keep it from extending when installed on a fuel tank. I used two of them on a backpacking trip of two and a half days cooking two meals a day. I only used 22 oz of fuel. |
