Ditto to the above review. Ultra-small package. The pot supports swivel around the burner and fold down next to the body to make the smallest package I've ever seen in a stove. The small fuel canister does get you 1.5 - 3 hours for sure, is light light light, soot-free, has incredible flame control, and is SO EASY to operate! Only drawback is that it's a wind timid stove. Need to have a wind screen or shelter the stove.

I bought the techno (actual name is the Yellowstone Techno) to have as an extra stove and because it was on sale. So far I totally love it! Extremely easy operation, and with the Piezo ingniter it doesn't get any easier. Very adjustable flame from VERY low to 10,000 BTU. To be honest, it burns hotter than I expected. The downside of course is the propane/butane fuel which I have heard does not operate well in extreme cold weather. I have yet to try it in very low temps though so I can't say for sure.
This stove folds down so small you could throw it in your front pocket! Very light but durable! And for the price on sale at REI, you can't beat it!
I gave it four stars simply because the 5 star rating label is, "can't live without" which is a stretch due to the fuel limitations. But, for a propane/butane stove I would give it a 5.

I love this stove. It is very compact and user friendly. I am using it instead of the whisperlight because of the convience. I''m keeping the whisperlight because of the cold weather capabilities. Stove sets up and tears down super easy. It is indeed a wind timid stove. Though I have yet to see it blow out though. The wind merely prolongs the cook time. Pot supports ROCK, I have yet to have a pot even come close to tipping. Unlike a guy I met that had a pocket rocket. He said he lost his diner because of their poor pot supports. This is a very quiet stove as well. I found myself constantly looking to see if it was still burning. It has a very good simmer function, VERY adjustable. I love this thing. The only con I could say, and this is truely a nit pick, is the weight. It is three whole ounces heavier than the pocket rocket. I would be willing to bet that many people who have the rocket would come over to the techno trail if it weren''t for the weight. Hawkeye
