Wow, wow, wow!!! I just bought this pack on a whim because it was such a good deal. I haven't even used it yet and I am thoroughly impressed! I own an Arc'teryx Bora 80, and by comparison, I would have to say that Dana Design makes a superior product. Not one single loose thread; all materials are of the highest quality; and the fit is perfect. The pack is probably a bit too small for the amount of gear I carry on a 3-4 day trip, but for an overnighter, I think this will work well.

This is a wonderful pack that is made from the highest quality materials and expertly assembled. I have recently trended toward light weight backpacking and have slowly switched my heavier gear for lighter. The Dana Designs pack being the last part of the transformation. I saved the pack for last because I so love the Osprey Silhouette that the Dana Designs New World has replaced. While the New World is 2400 cu in smaller it has proven to be every bit the pack that the Osprey is and it is 3lbs lighter. The New World can easily accommodate a 35lb load, which is more then I ever need for a week of camping here in the east.
