I can''t say enough good things about this daypack. I love it! It''s small enough to not be cumbersome, but large enough to hold plenty of items. I got it in July (its now Dec), and I''ve used it for plenty of day hikes around Colorado, used it when travelling around the state and to Australia, used it to carry camera and stuff while snowboarding, gone mountain biking on the Continental Divide with it (Monach Pass), done tons of stuff with it. Here are the features I like best: -Plenty of Pockets, side pockets can hold Nalgene bottle no problem (when putting water in the hydratioin pouch is not convienent). I put my scuba diving fins on the side when I was in australia, it worked great! Several small pouches (one fleece lined), great for putting small things in, i put my leatherman, mini-mag lite, sunglasses, etc. in those. -Water proof cover is soo cool! A little pocket in the bottom of the pack holds a nylon cover that is elastic, you just pull it out and it covers the pack beautifully! -Straps are comfy and secure, very important. Well I could go on for a while, but if you''re looking for a daypack that is not bulky but can carry lots of items (including small ones), then i would buy this one.

Customer Service

I got it for a present from REI so I didn''t deal with customer service.
